I’ve always said the worst part about Arod isn’t his play calling, it’s ok, however, it’s everything else related to his job— primarily his inability to recruit, which then further limits what he can do w/ play calling lacking the proper talent.
I’m also certain that by the way BYU’s offense came out SO FLAT in the first halves vs OSU, Utah, Kansas, ASU and even last night vs Houston, Arod, he struggle to motivate his players. Its easily seen in literally every (awkward) interview with him… he would prob be a good positions coach, but the OC role encompasses too much for him
