To enable Rich Communication Services (RCS) texting on an iPhone 16, you can:
Open Settings
Tap Apps near the bottom of the menu
Tap Messages
Tap RCS Messaging under Text Messaging
Tap the toggle next to RCS Messaging to turn it on
