If he posted what he did on social media then he deserves to be prosecuted to
to the fullest extent of the law according to his crime. Bragging about it on social media confirms the worst: it was intentional and he doesn't see it as a big deal. He needs some jail time to see if hurting people for clout is really the kind of life he wants to live.
