Exactly. If Arod gets the credit for a guy “developing” then he also gets the blame for the majority never “developing”
which is unfair to him and any other coach.
The reality is for several reasons some guys turn out and some never do — most are somewhere in between. It’s mostly a result of their abilities and personal qualities than what their coach has to say to them.

Coaches are as good as their players which is why coaches look like wizards with some QBs and then look “awful” with
