It seems like he has to rely on guys to do a lot of the work themselves
At least as far as developing technique and small details. A-Rod isn't really a quarterback coach, so all he does is try to scheme for them.

Coaches are as good as their players which is why coaches look like wizards with some QBs and then look “awful” with
