The GK completely body checked Summers who was trying to play the ball

At the top of the box, made ZERO attempt to play the ball just took Summers out. It wouldn't have been a PK, but it would have been a direct kick and the keeper should have gotten a yellow card. It was a ridiculous no call.

Both penalties were unquestionably the right call.
