I am shocked that people don't think those were penalties. Especially the second. I can see people making the argument that elbow to the face was inadvertent and maybe even the result of the attacker knocking her hand up, but it is still a foul and therefore a penalty.

The second penalty was just horrendous by Rustand and really, really obvious. How people are complaining about that, I will never know. She went for the slide tackle, was way too slow, completely missed the ball, and made clear contact. Penalty all day, every day.
