What is the zone 2 you guys are talking about? I'm 42, so I think my peak heart

rate is 178. Is zone two 85% of that?

Is 150 minutes of cardio really what is suggested?

based off of their recommendations if you aren’t hitting 150 then you are

That's bare minimum for zone 2 cardio. Many say minimum 180 minutes of zone 2 plus one high intensity workout per week
