The American heart association guideline is 150 min of moderate intensity
The Peter Attia guideline that’s all the craze now is the 300 min with 240 being the zone 2 work (he has some variation to it).
Bottom line more is better for 99% whatever that number is even if people are now fixated with all the zone 2 and 5 lingo

based off of their recommendations if you aren’t hitting 150 then you are

That's bare minimum for zone 2 cardio. Many say minimum 180 minutes of zone 2 plus one high intensity workout per week
