Did you file a claim for the first "fender bender?"
I'm not justifying their decision to drop you but from an insurance standpoint, most companies (including any that you try and get a new quote with) are going to count that as two separate accidents.
A 20-year-old driver with two paid claims/accidents in the past year is going to be expensive.
