relationship with my agent and he’s always available to me and helpful. I hated calling the people who sold me Bear River. Never spoke to the same person, they always seemed like they didn’t care, etc.

I feel like my State Farm guy will put my best interest above State Farm’s best interest if push comes to shove. I would assume most agents that only sell one (Am Fam, Allstate, etc.) would be the same.
