I'll disagree. They insured him at a reasonable rate for the risk. When he had
claims they paid as agreed. Now the risk has changed significantly and they don't want to insure that risk. The remaining Bear River customers deserve to not be paying for that risk.
I'd change my statement if they didn't pay as agreed. But in this case it sounds like they did.
