Hmm good question. I’m not sure, but I’ve had some really old people in the 40s that I know were still alert.
You get the lab back and you’re like oh dang let’s get that up, and they’re none the wiser…there for something different.

Yeah some of these non compliant type 1 diabetics can really start to become resilient in the face of some high sugars.
