When my daughter gets sick and won’t eat, she tanks quickly and nights are rough
She gets dangerously low and I’ve had to use gvoke pen a couple times

Yeah some of these non compliant type 1 diabetics can really start to become resilient in the face of some high sugars.

Hmm good question. I’m not sure, but I’ve had some really old people in the 40s that I know were still alert.
