He doesn’t throw his coach’s or players under the bus. He wants them to succeed. He takes the criticism on his shoulders.

What I don’t know is - what are his expectations for his coaches. Are they well defined and what
degree of accountability does he hold them to?

Are there expectational standards by position?

Is the bond so strong on team that adversity will strengthen them?

That leads me to some self evaluation.

As a fan do I enjoy the journey? Do I truly support the team? What is my investment?
Have I strengthen the team through my words and actions? I’m just an old boomer that wants the football team to grow during the season and build upon the experiences they have. The good and the bad. learn, embrace. Take joy in the process, the journey.
