All the P5 new schools and existing full-share members have vastly different coaching salaries. One could argue that Byu has gone all in on basketball bc it requires much less $$$. This byu will still be on the lower end of FB pay. Just because you make the same doesn't mean you pay the same.

I keep seeing Byu fans think poof overnight they went from a notorious cheap school to what Utah is paying (both coordinators are top-20 paid). It might take some time to get to that status. Especially bc Hill hasn't done much yet. Byu D was poor. They were dead last in Avg recruit last yr and are currently still dead last. Yes, there has been an uptick, but just like anything else you have to compare it to your peers. I don't see BYU matching a top-20 salary based on current results. Just my opinion.
