Coordinators and AHCs from P4 schools are not leaving for non-P4 programs all that often anymore, and USU in particular
has nothing positive to offer a prospective HC right now other than a very low standard.
I know Mitch Harper mentioned him as the frontrunner, but I would think it would be more of USU's frontrunner rather than it being mutual from Hill's side.
Hill seems to be in a good position - if BYU can get it going, then he benefits and is likely considered for other P4 HC gigs. If they don't, then he would likely take over at HC.
