There's also a good authentic Mexican place on the southern edge of town (east side of the road) as you head out of the urban area towards Carbondale. As far as the Hot Springs Lodge goes, it can be a decent deal if you plan to spend time in the hot springs pool since you can get pool tix bundled into the hotel rate.
