the college experience is what makes college football special. the students and college IS the product. they aren’t the ones giving you the money right now, but you take care of your product and they’ll give you the money down the line. that’s why older people are still giving college football money. cause the industry used to care about the people. and clearly pat does a good job cause ESPN has his podcast now. he clearly brings in the younger and more important people. that’s the investment is the younger people. it may not give them the most money right now but it will give them longevity. that’s the whole reason ESPN is in the position they are now. because of the people.
