Conversation about why I’m leaving. I guess if you dig deep enough it could come up. Maybe I underestimate how many people leave because they are ticked off. In my experience it’s usually money, opportunity for growth, or it facilitates something in their personal life like a move. I guess if the conversation is about why their performance didn’t justify giving them more money or opportunity it could come up.
