get a recommendation after they lose the follow-up job. That happens a good percentage of the time. But yeh, humility and introspection is overrated right?

Note: I'm not talking about people saying things about me, I don't care, it's their colleagues that they throw under the bus with zero humility or recognition that they aren't perfect. I also don't do just exit interviews for my team. The world is small.
