I am not a vindictive person but my biggest regret after getting attacked by a pit bull is not filing a lawsuit.

Pit Bulls are not compatible with neighborhood life and should be regulated. Unfortunately the consequences for a pit bull attacking are not severe enough to deter others from deciding they are the best option for them. Short of breed bans, more lawsuits is our best method for increasing the consequences of these attacks.
