ok thanks. So how many calories can a slightly above avg man in terms of
ht., bone and muscle structure burn in a day with a good amount of cardio and weights? and what's a healthy amount of calories per day if trying to cut fat and maintain most of your muscle if diet doesn't include empty calories. In other words, just how big of a calorie deficit can there be if eating a nutritional power pack diet and still maintain ability to function, workout etc? Thanks
