If you are not working off fat you’ve already accumulated, you may be able to do
this. For me and people like me my own opinion is that exercise tends to distract you from a focus on diet that you need to lose weight.

Also, for some of us you will never burn off the amount we eat. I was eating 3500-5000 calories a day. There is no universe in which I would have time to burn off the excess, much less create a deficit.
