No, you're mischaracterizing cougfanblue's point, and you don't understand the
rule. While the player is pivoting around on his right foot, what his left foot is doing is irrelevant because his right pivot foot remains in place. When Jokic finally lifts the right foot, he plants and jumps off his left foot, with his right still in the air. Only if his right foot had come down before he released the ball would it have been a travel. Perfectly legal what Jokic did. The refs didn't call traveling for a reason; it wasn't traveling.
