What we need are mature and impartial refs, not emotional, immature,
higlight-seeking ones, seeking the drama, and the spotlight, and often the desire to have undue control over the game. Just do your job, and stop trying to be controlling, and the the center of attention. The best refs are the ones we hardly even notice.
