Believe that she would die. She kept believing that she was going to fight through this and win and return back to her job has a busser at a local pizza place. We tried to have this conversation but she would just label us as someone who didn’t believe. Even during her last few days hospice nurses wondered why she was still hanging on and we think she was just still fighting it to the very end. Her fight made her special.
