I think that’s the challenge. In a world of so many self-described experts, there is a staggering amount of disagreement
and unknown for us to feel really confident in advice for subjects like this one.
You seem very dialed into this situation emotionally, mentally etc… It seems like following what your heart tells you in the moment is the best thing you can do. It’s hard to imagine that a textbook or a so-called expert could trump your opinion and approach on the matter — after all, you know your daughter and family better than anyone.
