What a challenging thing to have to confront. I like the way President Nelson put it in recounting a vision his grandfather had of his great grandfather.

“Father, is it natural to die?”

His father said it was as natural as being born. It was like walking through a door from one room into another room.



I think we will be surprised at how natural death will be especially if we are prepared. Just as birth is what introduces us into mortality, death is what takes us out of it. They are both necessary bookends to this tiny sliver of our existence we call life.
