We need a strong, dependable pipeline of transfer talent. Would be cool if UNM became a dependable place for talent that BYU may have slept on to develop (kind of like a Ricks College).

Maybe even more importantly, we need to keep developing high quality coaches who could eventually be in the BYU pipeline.
