once a team plateaus to get them to the next level up. Why not step aside and let someone who is better at doing that take over?

It's not like building a broken team to a good level is picking the easiest fruit and then bailing. I would say it is just as difficult, if not more, to take a losing program and right the ship. Bronco is good at that. He loves that challenge. He doesn't love what comes after that apparently and unlike me, he is in a position to do what he loves and move on if he doesn't love it. I have to keep getting up each day and going to work whether I love it or not. 🙂
