I don't really see how that is unfair to you.
The nicest seats should go to those who are willing to pay the most for them. That's how pretty much every other sporting venue works.
It would be strange and inefficient for BYU to reward long term loyalty over the market value of the seats.

In the past endzone seats were renewable by the ticket holder each year. Next year all seats will be up for grabs
