If he's been buying seats every year for the past 40 years, he'll have enough points to get seats before most people
since not everyone will join the CC. Obviously, probably not his current seats but should still get good ones.

In the past endzone seats were renewable by the ticket holder each year. Next year all seats will be up for grabs
