BYU is one of if not the last P5 to allow non donors so many guaranteed seats.
Utah doesnt even allow you buy a season ticket without a crimson club donation anymore and has been that way for ~5 years.
Most schools only offer a few thousand nose bleeds to non donors if they offer any at all.

In the past endzone seats were renewable by the ticket holder each year. Next year all seats will be up for grabs
