I would too but you can’t replace bleachers with seats without changing the
distance between rows as seats would make it impossible to walk down the current row of bleachers. Replacing bleachers with seats requires a major redesign like in the MC. You can restamp a metal bleacher.

In the past endzone seats were renewable by the ticket holder each year. Next year all seats will be up for grabs
