I agree that it is fair. And like has been mentioned, his longevity in
purchasing tickets would likely put him near the top of whatever Cougar Club tier he chose to purchase at. The question is what tier will be needed in order to secure seats in the lower endzone? Will regular or bronze be enough - or will he need to bump up to Silver in order to get similar seats to before?

In the past endzone seats were renewable by the ticket holder each year. Next year all seats will be up for grabs
