If BYU saw this as an issue the solution is easy. Only seats allowed are through

The stadium pre-ordered. Get the word out don't allow seats into the stadium. If they bring them to the gate they don't enter. Take it to the car, lean it against a tree, throw it in the trash anything but into the stadium. But like Coke and Dr. Pepper there's just no demand for the stadium to regulate chairs.
