Too hard to enforce and turn people away. What are they gonna do…just tell folks
to put their chair in the trash or go back to their cars?

Get security to enforce requirements at the gate & the problem goes away. They can take away outside food or drink but

Backless bleachers should be banned. They’re entirely uncomfortable. At a minimum they should have a back.
