Horses MUST be managed like other invasives. Treat them like coyotes, starlings,

Asian carp. We could literally eliminate this problem and save millions of dollars in one summer, for free. And we could feed a bunch of people while doing it. The feral horse issue is example #1 of the idiocy of government and bleeding heart moronic bureaucrats.
