What (fact)or makes someone the greatest? Is it stats? Ty Detmer

has that over Jim McMahon. Is it wins? Max Hall has more than McMahon. Or is it making plays when it was needed the most? McMahon in the Miracle Bowl. Omarr's interception in the Cotton Bowl. Jenkins (and McKenzie) running all over Utah. Players making plays when desperately needed is the only fact or stat I care about.
