SinkingQuffa Intervention Needed

ALL the 4.3 "reports" were laid to rest at the Combine. If Jenkins ran a 10.6

that's Staley's confirmed 100 speed as well. (And I'm sure Ronnie woulda KILLED Luke outa the blocks, so again that only confirms what I said about their comparable top-end speeds. Luke was a bit faster, imo. And if they had the same 100 times it would only confirm it.)
