exponentially (and kept going up). Between 1983 and 2023, home prices went up significantly and mortgage interest rates declined precipitously and are expected to decline from current levels. Whining, however, went up exponentially.
In 1983 few homes had PCs. In 2023, every member of the family has one in their pocket with exponentially more computing power. Arguing over stupid stuff has fallen precipitously because you can simply Google it. (Except for home affordability because no one will Google it. (Hint: home affordability was a little worse in the 80’s)
Buy land. They aren’t making more of it.
