He did discuss the comprehensive data. His point was that reducing the combined
effects of price and interest rate to a single index comes with some massive caveats. High interest/low price vs low interest/high price can result in the same index score, but the details matter to anyone who is not right at the threshold of affordability. If you are beyond threshold, the ability to throw more money at it makes the high interest/low price option more affordable, and increasingly so the further beyond the affordability threshold you are.
