No because utah has a small fanbase, inherent limitations and had to earn their way to a P5 and then produce
Now I believe Utah is a fixture in the 2nd tier where ACC, P12 and Big 12 would all take Utah in a heartbeat.
Utah doesn't have a remote chance for P2 unless they both jump to 24. I don't see that happening.
