Me, I harbor no ill will to the Utes... when they play BYU, I want them all to suffer, otherwise, I root for them, they
have been competitive in the PAC12, like it or not, it's a recognized P5, and they have done well to represent the state of Utah and their university.
They are a good fit for the Big12, the are a great opportunity to have our rivalry game every year, and it's a great way to measure which team actually would enter the Big12 more prepared from either independence or playing in the PAC12.
