When I see just the opposite! Punk getting up coming directly at Atiki who repels him with forearms crossed. With height differential it results in forearm to punk’s face/head.
I can’t know if AAA meant it to be head or just meeting intended aggression with aggression.
It was a flagrat with ejection due to contact to head but punk should have been given a non flagrant technical also.
Ref is with blind, naive or stupid to do only one way call, to noone’s surprise.

It all looks pretty natural to me. I don't even think Atiki was going for the head, just happened to be taller.
