Watching that tells me a few things:
1) He’s been in a fight before and knows how to handle himself. He threw that guy off of him with ease.
2) The forearm, while aggressive, was more instinctive than malicious. He’d just come off the mat and threw that out of instinct when the guy got up and approached him.
3) He’s fine. He’s got to learn to control that instinct but he’s not a hot-head.

It all looks pretty natural to me. I don't even think Atiki was going for the head, just happened to be taller.
