Decisive players are NOT stars. Though they can have that effect in our minds.
Most of us want to make a star here & there of the unlikely fellow who comes outa nowhere to help deliver the big W for us.

I can't think of a single game where Kolby played any bigger a role than this, though. But we absolutely needed him to step up in more than a few games from two years ago — & give us some big plays on both ends down the stretch.

Last year, however — he didn't play a decisive factor in a single game that I recall. He had a couple okay games, but it was Big Rich who came in a saved our keister in a few big games. Against SDSU & Pepperdine, he in fact was a true star player for us. As was Gideon against St Johns & St Marys.
