Everybody eventually has to face the day they hang up the sneakers/cleats, etc.
He got his shot at college ball and took it. It didn't work out how he wanted, but that's the way it is for almost everybody. Very few ever "make it" in D1.
But he's set to land on his feet and have a successful life. At the end of the day, you can't ask for much more than that.
