That is enough. That goes far beyond the likeness depicted in the O'Bannon case. Add to that the names and the fact that he is specifically advertising the figures as specific player and he's smoked. The players won't sue because it isn't worth it to them or they don't care, but that doesn't mean he isn't using their likeness. Generic parts of other players don't matter. Multiple players using the same number don't matter.
